I have order salwar kameez from Drapino and found the product very cheap quality.When I order the price was shown as Rs 1650 on website.However at the time of delivery I paid Rs 1898 to the courier guy.When I open the parcel I was shock to see the producet totally different from what I have seen on the website.I also found that the salwar kameez was unstitch and material was to cheap.In local market this material will not cost more than Rs 300.I call back to the contact number which Drapino customer service call me for confirmation .When I complaint.they put me on hold and than hung up.Then I send mail for return process and refund money.They ask me to self return and paid for it.Above this they deducted Rs 250 nominal charges from the amount I paid for the order.They are not ready to refund my money back instead have ask to order another product and will transfer the amount to Drapino wallet.Please help me to get back my money and take necessary actions against Drapino.
