My Wife ordered Ethnic Wear|| Palazzo Suit from Drapino site however the product was too bad hence she returned the product and paid extra Rs. 150 to courier this product back and product amount was credited to wallet. after a month she reordered another product but this time we haven’t received the product and that delivery person is not even responding the calls ( from last 3 days we are chasing for delivery but not getting any response from either drapino or delivery executive ). this is really annoying and would request strong action against the company and refund.
