Worst quality product was delivered and Rs. 250 deducted at refund

This Draping.com had delivered the worst quality product and we asked for return so they said thru mail that Rs. 250 will b deducted towards processing charges and the remaining amount will be in Drapino wallet. Also the return of the goods should be sent by us which means the courier charges are also to be paid by us.This is complete cheating with us when they ensure in their return policy that there will be 100%refund. I want that strict action must be taken against such fraud company and moreover I suggest not to buy any product sold by them
