I purchsed a suit from drapino online store which is completely different one from the one displayed. order no PU13461644377
Its even too low quality material ,
i enquired from the helpdesk for return and they are saying that money will be transferred to drapino wallet and they will deduct additional 250 charges. its really disgusting and they want me to send back the packet at my own expenses.
Pls help me as i dont want to do any purchase from them any more.
when i told them to paytm me the amount, they told its not as per the company policy.
its completely breach as per consumer act
