Poor quality/ Poor returns and refund

The product they sent me was entirely different from the picture that was there on their site. and very poor quality too. They do not have a proper return mechanism. They deduct a sum of Rs. 250/- from the original amount and credit the rest to their online shopping wallet. But if they are giving such poor quality products why would I want money in the wallet. It is only fair to credit my money to the original payment source. Also, they asked me to parcel back the product to them. If that is the case, why am I paying RS.250/- ? What about my parcel charges ? And if I question them about any of them. They either ignore what I have asked and prompt me to parcel them back the product or do not reply at all.
