I have booked my vento’s second service at evm volkswagen in umayanalloor, kollam, kerala well in advance . My vehicle number is KL 61 A 1729. I was requested to come at 10.00 am on 19.12.2015. I was in time at the service centre but I was requested to wait for 10 minutes and I accepted. But till 10.50am I have not been attended. I had another appointment at 11am. I have then returned with utmost mental agony and disappointment. this spoiled my entire day. Now I m planning to go to ernakulam for service. I m not sure what’s the condition there. This is so bad of a company of your reputation.
