Complaining about fraud company

Regarding part time job. For captcha entry in 10 days 10,000 captcha target they will detect registration fee from 1st time salary and made agreement and asked to click the sign agreement option.
I started my work but report was not showing how much i have completed. So i stopped the work and now they have sent a mail to pay Rs.8000 and that they have filed a case in the court.
