Case intimation with penalty charges

I started work, but the next day the work didn’t get updated in my work section. I tried calling the agent who brought this to me. She didn’t pick up my call, and later I was blocked by that number. I also send an email to that company for the cancellation of agreement. And they asked a penalty amount of 6900rs, if I dropped the job for that month only. And if I wanted to drop the agreement for the rest 11months, then I have to pay an amount of 71,000rs. I stopped the work immediately. I didn’t respond to them about it. After 10days, they send me a voluntary message saying that a case has been filed against me in ahmedabad high court, with section 73,74,and 75. I still didn’t react, I got few calls from them too. Suddenly today I got a mail from Gujarat high court, saying that I failed to complete my job, so I have to pay a penalty amount. If I fail to do so, then Dp technology will take strict legal action against me. Kindly help me out please
