DNA Antivirus And Insurance – Insurance for lost phone

I have bought a Samsung mobile from M/s Sri Devi Enterprises RS Puram Coimbatore on 30/06/2015 for Rs 13, 000/-(copy of bill attached).(IEMI NO 356554067367405) Unfortunately the mobile was stolen when I was travelling in a bus on 22/11/2015 at Coimbatore. When I purchased the mobile the sellers suggested me insurance for the same and I have insured with DNA Antivirus and paid Rs 760 and paise 95 towards Insurance as advised by them. As 22/11/2015 happened to be a Sunday I have contacted M.S Sree Devi enterprises and they have asked me to come to the shop on Monday to do the formalities. As iam residing 11 km away I went there in order to find a solution. On Monday I was asked to meet one R.Gopal sales executive and he has written on a paper a SMS to be sent to DNA insurance No 56070 and their phone number and asked me to wait for a day.(copy written by Gopal attached) I have sent the SMS religiously and waited for two days nothing has happened. The SMS was acknowledged stating that a complaint has been received and for any further details to contact a particular number for assistance. No (1800 833 1003) When I contacted this number nobody took the phone and again contacted R.Gopal for assistance. This time he gave a number of Mr. Sathia murthy executive of DNA insurance co and when I contacted Mr. Sathia moorthy he informed me that he has resigned from the company three months before and nothing to do with M/S DNA insurance. Since it is more than one and half months nothing has materialized till date. The stolen mobile is being used by that person freely even though I have given IEMI no they have not blocked it. As I am pensioner living on pension loss of Rs.13000 is causing mental disturbance and agony to me. My main concern is why Sri Devi enterprises advised me to take insurance with a bogus company like DNA Why R.Gopal sales executive of Sri Devi Enterprises gave the number of one Sathia moorthi who resigned long back from that company. Is not their duty to assist me in getting me the mobile back and blocking the NIMI I have a strong feeling that Sri Devi Enterprise doing fraudulent things by suggesting a bogus insurance company by joining with them and recommending them..I humbly request you to bestow your attention to recover my mobile phone and help me out.
