This is with reference to the my Dish TV connection with VC no 01513526979 named to Lalit Rathod. The Dish tv and charging undue in alignment and fixing. Since last 10 days it displays message that due to rain the services are stopped. However, on calling customer care, they says alignment is disturbed and I have to pay the charges to settle it. The dish is placed in such place where there is no chance of disturbance. The said problem is due to satellite issues which the service provider should resolve without any charges.
In this way the company is taking unwanted charges from the customer. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
