I have enrolled in super platinum pack in Dec 2012 for Rs 11990/- for 5 years in SUPER PLATINUM PACK My subscription showed me recharge message in Dec 2013 when i called dish TV support and they activated my account. Now again my account balance has been finished and i got a recharge message. I remember that Colours channel became paid and i called to add this channel to my subscription and someone confirmed with me for a payment of 65 rupees monthly to which i agreed. Apart from this i did not confirm or request anything. I am shocked now to know that Dish TV support has been telling me that my records show that i have never enrolled in any package called “SUPER PLATINUM PACK”.
AM I CRAZY TO PAY EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF RS 11990 FOR A ROYAL PACKAGE WHICH WAS A PRICE FOR A SUPER PLATINUM PACK.

I have spent a lot of time calling but it does not work . Everytime the staff says a different story. They said that we called them to upgrade to HD channels though we had hd channels before as we have HD set top box. They are cheating customers with high value subscription.

Their staff opened a case on 22 sept 2014 and called to confirm that we have paid for 5 years and it will get activated after 12:00 mid night. Nothing happened. I called again and then the same story repeates thatwe have never subscribed to Super platinum pack.
They have no escalation process for customers like us suffereing.
So Pay and keep suffering.
