On 01-Aug-2015, we booked Agarwal Movers & Packers(Customer Care Number: 9380280071) for moving my houshold Item
from Chennai to Bangalore.In the begning they were talking like customer is a god, and they can do anything for
them.
But the inside story was very different, they are actually group of cheaters, who were waiting for the oppotunities. For loading my household Items, they sent one supervisor with 3 labors, Supervisor name was Arvind Tiwari: 8124321153. During loading they had broken House Owner fencing glass, for that house owner asked to the Arvind, either you do the replacement or pay Rs. 10,000. Initially Agarwal supervisor was not ready to accept that the glass has broken by them only. After long discussion with their area encharge Mr Chaturvedi – 9380007145,they accepted that by mistake glass has broken by them.
So he asked my to deduct Rs. 10,000 from the total sum and pay to him the remaining amount. I did the same things, I paid the whole amount after deduction.
But Arvind cheated me, on the paper he wrote “To Pay Rs. 10,000 before delivery”, and he did not informed anything to me.
I spoke to Are incharge Chaturvedi-9380007145, he assure me he will refund the money after investigation. But till now he did not do anything, I was waiting for their resolution but I did not get anything. After some sometimes he stopped picking my phone calls. Now the scenario is no body is responding.
I have 2 audio clip- 1. When Chaturvedi promise me to give the amount on delivery site, and I will refund your money once investigation is over.
2. Another I have- where they has accepted the mistake has done by their employee. But still they are not ready to refund my money Rs. 10,0000.
