Dell / Compuindia – Services not provided after payment

1. I bought the Dell Inspiron 13 7347 2-in-1 Laptop (Service Tag: 460T432 | Express Service Code: 9071284718) by making an Online payment of INR 60589/- on 14th Janaury 2015.

2. This payment was 02 things. (01 for the note book and one for Additional 2 Yrs. (2nd & 3rd Year) In-Home Warranty & 24×7 Phone Support

3. The order No. emailed to me was Order No. 300105458 Order Date – January 14, 2015 11:53:40 AM IST

4. Initially there was no guarantee upgrade shown on your website when I check warranty using my service tag and Express service code. Again after many requests, it was updated but showing wrong as from “12/03/2015 to 10/03/2017”. The dates for extended warranty (Clearly mentioned even in the order also – please see attachment) should be “Start Date 23/02/2016 and End Date 23/02/2018”.

5. Inspite of Repeated mails, numerous phone calls, no effect. just lame excuses being made. i need either refund or correction in my warranty status
