dejutrends – Haven’t received the product ordered

I ordered a HP mouse on the 13th of March 2014, after which i have tried calling the customer service helpline several times but nobody picks up and emails sent have the same reply saying sorry for the inconvenience we ll ship it asap. The site also does not proper status of the product.
