BE AWARE of the Online Shopping site “www.dejavutrends.com” and kindly avoid shopping from this seller and SAVE yourself from being CHEATED of your money.
I had placed an order for a 2TB Transcend External Drive vide Order # 100012361 Dt. 24-02-2014.
Even after 33 days until today, i’ve only been waiting for the order shipment.
All my efforts to contact them on Phone – 1800 3000 11 77 and Raising Service Requests 464966 & 703731 proved a waste of time and finally i realized that i was taken for a ride by this Fraudster company which has no intentions to ship the items.
The only reply one gets from the so called Customer service is that – “Have some patience and co-operate with them, and they will share any information with us when they are available.”
I’ve called the ebs.in the payment gateway site which is used by dejavutrends.com, and complained about this fraud. They informed that there has been many more cases filed with them about this company, and have promised me to take appropriate action and stop the services provided by them.
I’ve also complained about the same to my Credit Card company – Citibank, who also have promised to alert / warn all the other customers who would try to place any order using their credit card to buy products from this website.
Hope, this kind of fraudster companies are tracked down and criminal cases filed against them.
