I had order for micromax turbo vide order number: 100013528 on 27th FEB 2014 and on the same day the amount of Rs. 13,748.44 was deducted from my account by M/s Deja Vu Trends as the authorised officers of the company have misrepresented the fact that the product shall be deleviered within 6 Days of reciving the payment however approximately 30 Days have already been expired .Since then but till date the company had not sent my order for shipment which clearly shows your malafide intentions of the company as the company had misappropriate my funds for wrongful gains to themselfs which clearly proves from the fact that for the last 14-15 Days the directors of the company are not even picking up my telephone dispite various calls . The officials of the company had made themselfs liable to be prosecuted under criminal as well as civil law in the local jurisdition of Delhi courts .
I heereby made this complaint ith your goodself to please look into the matter and direct the coimpany to supply the product as per my order within resonabl time and also panalise the company by imposing the pnlty of Rs.100000 for harashing me mentally and pysically for almost one month.

The owner of company Dr. Kaustubh Chokshi was associated with a major fraud in 2010 and he was arrested in that connection as well, for duping 1000 investors 3.14 crore rupees. So this is not his first time.

I am also a victim of this fraudwebsite. I placed an order of a 32GB memory card on 14the February but till date order not recieved. My order no.is #100009099 and this website deducted my 1225 Rs for this order. I contacted customer care on 180030001177 but in vain. They didn’t picked phone and from there is no response. How can this type of companies make fool of people. What can I do now.please tell me.Now I want to go to police.
