I had order for micromax turbo vide order number: 100013528 on 27th FEB 2014 and on the same day the amount of Rs. 13,748.44 was deducted from my account as your authorised officers have misrepresented the fact that the product shall be deleviered within 6 Days of reciving the payment however approximately 20 Days have already been expired .Since then but till date you had not even sent my order for shipment which clearly shows your malafide intentions as you had misappropriate my funds for wrong ful gains to yourself which clearly proves from the fact that for the last 4-5 Days you are noit even picking up my telephone dispite various calls . You had made yourself liable to be prosecuted under criminal as well as civil law in the local jurisdition of Delhi courts . I hereby inform you that in case you fail to delever my product within 3 working days I shall make the complaint with the local police athorities against you and you shall be liable for all the consequences You Please also note that I shall also file Civil as well as Consumer Case for reecovery of my amount alongwith damages and mental torture.

Dear Mr. Gupta,
You are not alone who are traped by these fraudesters. There are lot of other people. I don’t know you are aware or not that 2 of the promotors of this this company Mr. Kaustubh Choksi and his mother Mrs. Anjana Choksi have been behind the bars for comitting fraud in 2009 in their earlier company Shahrda Retail. The amount involved was 3.14 crore. Some reports says that it was as high as 10-12 crores as all complainats did not came forward for various reasons. Out of this amount only 2 odd crores was recovered from these culprits. I am not aware of the present status. They may be out on bail in that case. My suggestion will be to forget about your money for the time being and proceed as indicated in your communication

Sir even my order…..sir I am having a small mobile shop…sir its going to be 3months…I didn’t get my product…around 62999 has gone sir….pls help me in getting it back…by stealing other people money wat these guys get…from morning till night we are working hard…and getting like this profit from months…and if money is cheated like this means….my situation is very pathetic…. Please help me guys
