Sir I had placed online store dejavutrends for HP DESKJET PRINTER HP 3545 ALL IN ONE PRINTER vide order No 100018451 on 18 Mar 2014. Inspite of repeated reminders/phonecalls never given any positive reply. First thing is that they are rarely pickup their customer care No 180030001177 and accidenly when they pickup the call they said it will deliver in next week continiousely whenever they attended. But I cannot received product after paying full amount against the said order Rs. 5050/- on 18 Mar 2014. I had also sent an email that cancel my order if you are unable to deliver the product but thry nothing doing anything and as of now they not replying email as well phone call. Kindly help me to refund from dejavutrends online shopping stores. Thank you sir.

SIR SAME PROBLEM WITH ME.
I HAD ORDERED A SONY EXPERIA M DUAL MOBILE ON 15/03/2014 FOR RS. 10996. i PAID THEM ONLINE BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE (CUSTOMER CARE) . ONCE ONE LADY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND PROVIDED A NO. 02233677507 BUT NO ONE PICKS UP THIS NUMBER ALSO. i HAVE MADE MANY COMPLANT BUT NO REPLY FROM OTHER SIDE.
cAN ANYONE ADVISE ME HOW CAN I RECOVER THE MONEY FROM THESE CHITERS. SHOULD I MAKE A COMPLAINT TO POLICE. I M IN NEW DELHI AND THEIS OFFICE THEY SAY IS IN MUMBAI.

MY ORDER NO. #100017969, MY COMPLINT TICKET NO. IS #914194 . HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THERE WHO HAVE BEEN CHITED BY THESE ONLINE CHITERS. COME TOGETHER WE WILL MAKE A POLICE COMPLAINT IMMIDIATLY. OTHERWISE THESE PEOPLE WILL CLOSE THEIS SHOP AND WILL OPEN WITH A DIFFRENT NAME.
THERE WAS A SITE CALLED “TIMTARA” THEY WERE OFFERING 20% DISCOUNT ON THE PRODUCT. AND THEY HAD CHITED MANY PEOPLE. PLEASE REPLY AND LETS TEACH A LESSON TO THESE FRAUDS.
I have ordered HP Deskjet INk 2545 All in one printer on 9th March 2014 worth rupees 4239 .
They keep telling same story whenever I called “due to internal issue we can not dispatch your order ” .For last 8 days their Customer support number is not working (180030001177,33677400,33677406,33677412,33677419). I have also visited their office Address : 24,Apurva Estate,Makhwana Lane, Opp:- Vaman Center, Andheri-Kurla RoadMarol Naka, Andheri (East) Mumbai:- 400069, They shifted their office few months ago .
