Deja-Vu Trends – Non Delivery of Products

I have placed an order on 08-March-2014 for SAMSUNG GRAND QUATTRO WHITE with order id 100016105 named on Ankit Srivastava. The order costs to me Rs. 12,947.78 which I have paid on spot during order of this product as they don’t provide COD(I have paid this order by collecting some money from friends which I have to return to them too).
Before placing order to them I have called to their Customer support number, to confirm that order is in stock or not. They told me that it is in stock and if I order, it will be delivered within a week.
After a week when I didn’t received my order, I have called them on number 180030001177 and they started responding that your order will be shipped this friday. After some week passed, they didn’t pick the call. After so much try they pick and started telling that it will be delivered in next week which passed my several weeks.
Even once I have been told that my order will be dispatched today but that day never comes.
Finally, after 55 days passed I have been told that they will dispatch my order as soon as they will receive stock(which i have been told earlier that they have stock).
Now from a week back there number is unavailable and even they not responding the ticket.
Please try best to resolve my problem. Its mentally hurting me as days are passing.
