i ordered a product on 08/02/2014 at deja vu trends for a hp ink advantage 3525 e printer by paying Rs 5606 through netbanking.My order no is 100007822.after waiting 15 days i communicated customercare for refund.they insisted me to give them more time.then i upgraded the product to hp ink advantage 3545 e printer by paying extra money Rs 393.But till date no delivery of product.they only assuring me. IS it not a fraud company??
