Hi I purchased a mobile phone on 24/02/2014 with deja vu trends with the order number 100012434,and i did not recive the product on the promised date.Everytime I was calling them they were just giving me the time to wait till the weekend and nothing happens hence i cancelled the order with them and asked for a refund on 9/03/2014.Since then I’m calling and requesting them for a refund and yet i’m not getting any response with them, and now i’m worried about it.Kindly somebody help me on this. thank you.
