I have ordered one samsung Grand Duos and paid the full amount. Initailly I was told that product will be shipped in 2-3 days. After several trails could speak to Customer care on given no which directs us to another no but all in game.
made repeated on line complaints, tried making several calls but phone no given is not working mostly. You receive tailaor made response from them to have patience and wait for REFUND.
Lastly I sent my friend in Mumbai to their address in Mumbai but… NO SUCH COMPANY EXISTS ON GIVEN ADDRESS. PEOPLE LIKE US VISITS THE AREA AND ENQUIRE FROM LOCAL SHOPKEEPERS AND COME BACK EMPTY HANDED….
SO EVERYONE HAS BEEN CHEATED….EVERY ONE IS REQUESTED TO JOIN THE FACEBOOK PAGE AND MAKE A UNION TO FILE POLICE COMPLAIN…GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US…
