I have placed an order for Iphone 4 with Deja VU trends on 26th Feb through Junglee website.Dja Vu trends was suppose to deliver the product in 4-5 days however even after following for more than 1 month, they were not able to supply the product. On 4th April I cancelled the order and they assured me that I will get my refund in 7 -10 working days. However, till today they have not refunded my payment and I don’t know how to recover my money. Please help.
