Refund not giving

Company Mail ID : [email protected] and [email protected] Order ID : 582, Consumer received a call from company side offering buy more than 800, and assured gift. When ordered Polo T-shirts by paying 800 to the company executive by calling company number : 9758170684 (mentioned on website) and paying it through Google Pay(will attach). Consumer won the Dell Laptop price 97,000 and now asking 10% as GST amount and then the order will be dispatched. Consumer denied to pay and when called to company for order cancellation the company executive told that they will refund in 45 days. Consumer want the company to refund the amount as soon as possible.
