Datawind Tab – Amount paid but the product is not delevering

I have booked a tab from Datawind as per the links provided by the company with its offer. Several calls were made by Mr Punit, Mr Neeraj Pandey, Lata & Bhawana Joshi to motivate and offering good offers on behalf of the Datawind Company. The product was purchased with payment online on dated 24.03.2015 PM471B UbiSlate 3G7 @ 4499 but they are not sending the tab asking another 2000 Rupees for which the item is kept in hold. After seeing the offers and links provided by the company, the product is booked as per their direction which is been recorded and also having the screen shot. The above 4 persons are not attending my call or no reply is giving or not sending the device till date.
