We had Purchased a Datawind Tablet, Online shopping through Naptol on 23rd June 2015. When we started using that, we got to know that the product is a defective and a old version, it doesn’t support any recent android. Gave complaint so many times they have told that they had registered the compliant & the executive will you. The executive will call according to their convenience, in our work schedule if we miss to pickup the call means instead they will never write a E mail/ try to call. simply maintain their records as we tried customer didn’t respond.
The product has 1 year Warranty, they told us to give the product authorized service provider of Naptol . Its been nearly 4 months there is no proper response for them. We purchased the Product for Rs. 5000.
i would like to Register a Complaint against Naptol. Kindly let me the know the procedure to register a case in Consumer Court.
