i have ordered an epson printer on snap deal vide order no 8420203354. It was assured that the printer will be delivered on 16th. However the tracking status shows that the material was packed and ready on 14th itself but the courier has not picked up for delivery and shipment even today that is 21st. on 19th i had placed a complaint on this to snap deal but even today no response. I tried to cancel it but the website does not allow it. When i call up customer care they simply reply it cant be cancelled and yet if i still wish to cancel then there is an option but when i check the web site there is no option. when asked why there is no reply for the compaint they simply say its not even 48 hrs that you compalined
