Order Id – CYN90119 ; I had received a wrong product and even after complaining several times and dropping them several mails there has been no response from their end. The Customer care number seems to be too busy to get connected to – I have already called them atleast 25-30 times and have never been able to connect to the executive. Every time I get charged with the call charges.
