Basically i was contacted by crusebeen customer support team that they have launched a renault qwid car contest under which 12 lucky customers have been selected from all over India and i am one of a lucky customer for getting a chance to win a car they told me to purchse a product from there site which was worth 2349 and by this i will automatically get registered for the contest . I trusted this aite by seeing that the payment gateway provided by them was from paytm and that is why i made the purchase.they also told me that i will get a gift card worth 10000 with the order of 2349. After this they again contacted me and said that i have got selected for the car and i needed to pay 20000 so that they can block my seat. I denied them . After this the order of 2349 was delievered to me but it didnt had any gift card i contacted them to provide me up with the gift card but they didnt responded and after this i told them to take there product and provide me up with the refund which they are denying . Please assist me
