Croma Retail – Non delivery of ordered LED TV above a month

I have seen a excellent offer of 53% on LG 32LN5150 HD ready TV, to reconfirm the same i have called up the Croma Retail customer care. They have confirmed its a stock clearance offer, on hearing the same I have ordered the TV online immediately. The order placed on 6th July 2015 with an order confirmation by the online store with ref. no. 203677, but, i have not heard from the retailer on the shipping details on calling back for information they say the product is out of stock and they cannot deliver the order and are requesting me to cancel the order myself. With in all my right I have said I’m not cancelling the order and have requested for an alternate model with all the same specifications LG 32LN515A. They said they cannot fulfill the same and once again asked me to cancel the order. After several calls they finally said they have placed a back order with other vendor and will be delivering the product.

Now after more than a month’s time since the order is placed, they say its going to take an indefinite amount of time and if i want my product i have to wait (with a very harsh tone to a any customer care standards.) and they re-bring the same the money can be reimbursed within 7days if I can cancel my order. Please advice what can be done to get the best out of the situation i’m in.
