countryvacations – never given the oppurtunity to go on a holiday through ur club

Respected sir. This is to inform you that I have not been given the opportunity to go on a holiday in any of your resorts. I had done my booking for 23rd december 2014 but now I have been given a negative response I have not even utilised the holiday gift voucher. My membership no :CVMU1BPCLUB10LBU161.i will be highly obliged if given a positive response or else I would have to take back my membership account with interest as well as the annual amount.waiting for a Positive response
