Same thing happened to me as happened to thousands of victims of country vacations. They did not provide any services and also did not provided any membership cards that should get within 10 days of agreement. We applied to cancellation of membership cards within cooling-off period(Within 10 days). We applied for cancellation on 25th of Feb 2015 which we entered into agreement on 21st of Feb 2015. Before 10 days we sent dispute forms to icici credit card and also icici debit card. Now we got reply for icici credit card that we got temporary credit but Yet we didn’t receive any reply for Icici debit card. We sent mails to icici care, customer care, and customer support.
