After the sudden closure of the Thane branch of Core Fitness Gym, we were told that our adjusted money (approx. Rs. 10,000/-) would be refunded to our bank accounts. For this the details for the bank account was taken. Today (07.07.2015) even after nearly 2 months of its closure and countless followups, we are awaiting the refund. Even after countless calls and their assurances of call backs/money transfer nothing has happened. Phones and SMS go unanswered. I feel strong action needs to be taken against the company for harassing the consumers and causing mental agony. Company email [email protected]
