Yesterday (24March2014)evening I have purchased club Mahendra membership having Main applicant Mrs.Anjali H.Dhore (I don’t have membership number since yesterday I have applied for it) I have paid Rs.26,200 by cash but I want to cancel it due personal & financial reason.I had conversations with their sales representative regarding this but he replied that there is no refund policy but before filling application same representative said that anyone can cancel membership & will get full refund within 10days.
Then I called to their Chennai office they replied me that give me your no our local Relationship MGR will contact you but till now know one called me .I know that they have refund policy within 10days if customer don’t want to continue any offer or membership.
Please suggest forward path to get my money back ASAP Regards, Harish Dhore
