Cleartrip Trip ID: 15122850876 Booking done via Cleartrip mobile app for a Hotel Room at Alleppy, Kerala. Cleartrip voucher and e-mail confirms that my room is avaiable. Direct call to hotel; I was informed that they do not have any tie up with Cleartrip and they do not have vacancy. My calls to Cleartrip customer support: 1) They put me on 30minute Hold 2) Do not allow me to cancel the reservation without cancel fees 3) Do not re-confirm availability of room 4) Tell me to wait for 24hr and that they will call back. But never do. Cleartrip is cheating the public by promising fake booking confirmations. And deducting cancelling fees if we want to cancel the booking.
