Civil Aid – shophunk.com – not received the product

On 30.12.2013, i received a mail from shophunk.com that i won apple iphone. I paid Rs.799 and they told that in lucky draw if you are the winner you will get the product. The amount was credited in shophunk credit points (799). No response from them, on 8.4.14 i order for a watch by paying extra amount Rs.60/-(Order No.2450477). i got the Watch by courier. I opened the pack, but it was not in working condition. I called them they have not responded two three times. Finally i spoken to them. But they told me send back the watch. Once we receive the produce they will call. But no response. I spend courier charges and send back. I tracked courier docket no. They have received the product but no response from their end. If I call also they are not responding.
