Couple of days ago. I ordered a shoe from www.chupchaplelo.com website. I received a different color and design shoe. I have sent an email them regarding this issue and asked for exchange. They refused to exchange. They have given an excuse that “As mention on the product page this is a liquidation sale so product color and design may be wry”.
