I have ordered Samsung 9000 mah power bank from chupchaplelo.com by seeing the white color but it got delivered to me on 02/02/2016

Im continuously trying the customer service number ie:01206474387 is always busy and it does not ring.
The power back which got delivered is black in color & there is no manual included & the quality looks very cheap,
kindly refund my money.
But they are not replacing with a white color power bank nor refunding my money.
