I bought a winter jacket online from “chupchaplelo.com” .But the delivered item is not that which are shown in site’s ad. The quality and design is differ from site’s ad so i claim for return. I call them and send email for return.After that they generate a ticket for return and after a day they cancel that ticket with telling the reason ” The color and design may be differ from ad.”
They also ask for reopen the ticket i reply yes.But there are no response from company sites or
It is totally fraud.
So i complain against Chupchaplelo.com shopping sites and pray to return my paid amount with sufficient compensation.

Chupchaplelo.com is froud company show orinigal product but delivery local product ..I see Nike shoes orinigal in this site but company delivered local product in my adress .you refund my money is quckily .you never refund my money can I complaint consumer court and issue R.T.I send your company.
