Chocolate – Got spoiled chocolate

I bought a chocolate on 23rd December 2015 and few days later when I opened it, it didn’t look in a good condition so I emailed the picture of chocolate to the company’s email address given on the pack they respond me that they’ll send their sales person to take the sample but after that nobody came or contacted me. I want my refund with penalty now because they’re not at all concerned about their consumer.
