I ordered a t-shirt from this site named “We The Chic by Ayush Agarwal” ( Link- https://www.wethechic.in/ ) on September 26 2015 paying Rs 649.0 via debit card. Order no : #4844.
After a week the status of the order was still ‘PROCESSING’ and so I try calling them on their provided contact numbers and all the numbers are either INCORRECT or SWITCHED OFF. I send them multiple emails but I don’t get any response from them.
Luckily I find that one of the provided mobile numbers is active on Whatsapp and so I text my complaint to that number. The owner of the number repeatedly ignores my texts and finally one day he replies. This is what he replies :
“Hello sir, we have already processed the refund for your order. Kindly please check back in a couple of days. Please rest assured your money is safe. We are experiencing some operational issues because of which we are taking a 10 day break. We sincerely apologise for the unfortunate bad experience you had with us.”
I thank him and ask him about when could I order again. To this he replies :
“Sir we’ll be communicating very soon regarding that.”
After this another two weeks passed and the status of the order was still PROCESSING, neither did I receive any refund in my bank account and the owner of the number on whatsapp started ignoring my texts until he finally blocked me.
It is 17 December 2015 today and I still haven’t received my order nor got a refund. And the contact numbers provided on the site are still not working and they still aren’t responding to my emails and my order is still PROCESSING.
This site is a complete fraud and I want my money refunded.
Kindly look into my problem.
