CCPL – Vodafone has an intentional arrangement with some sites like wapvilla etc. to extract some extra money from customers.

I’m 15 years old customer of Vodafone but now Vodafone has an intentional arrangement with some sites like wapvilla etc. to extract some extra money from customers.
From last 3 billing cycles I found that in every bill they are adding such download charges.
Vodafone customers are being charged even for closing a pop up.
On complaining they say If you touch a link you will be charged even if you don’t download.
I’m giving a second thought to continue with this company.
