I had booked a car from Carberry India Ltd in Vasai and was told that they have a Maruti WagonR T permit. I paid them full amount by Cheque on 18th September 2015 and was promised the car after 45 days. After 3 months i still did not get the car and was also told that they are facing difficulty with registration. I asked them to cancel the booking and refund my money, but they failed to refund as well. They gave me a cheque which got bounced on 5th Jan. They have since not paid me back my money.
I need to complaint against them in the consumer court and would like to take action against them.

Firstly, we are surprised to see your comment here when you have already met and discussed about this case on 8th January 2016. The delay had not been because of our failure but RTO rules. The same had been clarified to you.
The refund request had been processed and we have given part payment to you. We have communicated to you about payment timeline.
We understand your concern and have discussed the same in detail with you. We are not sure why you are putting your issues here.
