This is Sachin kadam. I had Register for New T Permit car in the month of May 2016. Since that day till now i am suffering from last 5 months. Since May till date i was fool by Company & by their Employees including their Mumbai Regional Manager ‘kaustubh” , Sales Manger . Not getting any proper response from any of their Employee including he Dierector of the Company.
1)They Take Money from Client & never provide a acknowledge or payment
receipt against that.
I have made a payment in month of may 2016 & till date no payment receipt has been provided against my payment. i have followed up with their RM “Kaustubh” many times for that & he always fooling me.
2) They debited my Payment very next day but to start the process you took around 15-20 days.Reason for delay… After long follow up with RM “Kaustubh” i came to know that they have lost my all the documents which i have submitted Except Payment along with cheque. which is very strange.
3) Company Commitment of providing vehicle within 25-30 days during my sales visit at there Andheri office. Now It’s almost 4 months. They not Completed the bank process & none of their Employee is able to commit that when you going to complete that. now there every employee is saying that “Sir YOU CAN TAKE YOUR DECISION” (Then Why you are enrolling client where you are not able to honor your word)
1- Every time your Executive informed me that your Down payment will not more than 90,000.
2 – There Employee not informing about bank charges to any of customer who are visiting to your office.
3- PNB Bank is Charging additional 8000 Every Years in terms of Insurance which was told by any one. when i had called you to know about total amount pay you also didn’t informed & not even Dipak also
informed about this. came to know when the verification guy visit at my place for verification did informed regarding that.
Biggest Fraud Company on Earth. Taking Money from Customer & not responding. i have Paid Money in May 2016 & till date nothing was done. this company does not have proper bank finance. Since Five Months They are Stuck with Bank process & then to they are making new Customer by giving fake information that We delivered the CAR in 25/30 Days. Now i have made a request for cancellation & they no at all responding to that. The Advertisement they are doing all over is Everything is fake. after taking money from you they will bother about you. same i have experiencing since past 4-5 months………. A request to All Who All are Suffered please COME TOGETHER……….. LETS TEACH LESSON THIS BIGGEST CHEATER. SO WE CAN SAVE OTHER PUBLIC TO GET SUUFERED. BE AWARE FROM THEM.
