Bwitch.in – Partial order delivered after complete payment and remaining amount is also not refunded

I placed a prepaid order of 4 item order no 100008401.
I received only 3 products and nor the remaining item is sent nor refund is done.
They are not replying to mails and calls are going directly to voicemail.
Please help.
