Sir,
I ordered Ray Ban sun glasses Aviator model from bookmyoffer.com on 22nd Jan 2016. The order no.is
UNIBMOC102916.I received the glasses on 24th Jan 2016. The glasses delivered were entirely different from that
shown on web site, also the quality is very inferior and not original Ray ban.I registered complaint through email asking to take back the glasses and refund my money.
Sir, I also tried calling their phone number 08010001133 which gets disconnected automatically after options menu.
They once responded to my email on Jan 26, 2016, but there after there has been no communication.
Sir i request you to please register my complaint and take stern action against bookmyoffer.com.
