I had placed the online order for Rayban in “www.bookmyoffer.com” where they had mentioned about a good offer and later came to know that they are cheating the public by giving the very cheap products than what they have shown in their website.
The order was Cash On Delivery, I was not at home when they delivered it and my took the order. Before taking the order, she asked the delivery person to see what has come and that person forced to take the delivery by paying the money rs. 898. When I came back and checked what has been delivered, they had sent foot path sun glass worth of 100 rs. They are fooling the customers by telling something on their website and later delivering very cheap products.
I sent them many emails about this to their consumer care email address and even tried contacting them multiple times to “+91-8010001133” but there is no response at all.
