Booking.com – False statements in the booking confirmation

I booked hotel MB International at Mysore with Booking number: 427906294 dated Thursday, October 15, 15 for a stay during 1 Jan-8 Jan, 2016 through Booking.com. As per the booking condition, the hotel was supposed to provide 1. Minibar, 2. Hair Dryer, 3. Electric Kettle, 4. Seating area. However, when I reached the hotel I found all the statements are false. None of the above was provided. Secondly, as per the booking conditions, the payment was to be made through credit/debit card. However, on 8th Jan, before checking out they told that the payment is to be made in cash. As I was not having much cash and 8th Jan being a day of bank strike I had to suffer a lot to collect the money. The booking confirmation sent to my email is attached herewith as .jpg
