Received torn, waste pieces of clothes

I had ordered a lehanga online on the website of the company. The payment was to be made on delivery. Today on 27th November, 2018 I received a courier. I paid Rs.1000/-, the cost of lehanga to the courier. When I opened the packet, I found torn pieces, waste clothes in the packet.The company has cheated me for Rs.1000/-..I found feedback from its website and felt bad to know it was fraud website.
The product was Sonam Lehenga 9. order No : B7745. IFSD No. 2411610275601. Ordered by Harshleen Kaur,#1512,Sec. 17, Huda Colony, Jagadhri Distt. Yamunanagar,Haryana. Pin 135003.

Anybody please take action against this online site. I had ordered a saree of rs.799/- online on this website company. But I got waste cloths in the packet. Several peoples facing the same issue. The product was Katrina Saree 8,order no:B3880,IFSD no.2411610250460. Ordered by Lakshmi Susanth,Central Pictures,Anand Theatre Building,T.B.Road,Kottayam,Kerala,India 686001.

I have ordered two Lehanga &two suits online but the product came was totally different.Only small pieces of cloth have come with Katra of clothes.I have mailed but no response.I want my money back otherwise I”ll go for legal.
