I had ordered saree, but they delivered wast peices of clothes

I had ordered a saree online on the website of the company Bollywood wear. The payment was to be made on delivery on 28.11.2018. I received a courier I paid Rs.799/- when I opened the packet i found ton pieces waste clothes in the packet. The company has cheated me Rs.799/-.
The parcel was shruthi saree5, order No. B6925 , IFSD No.2411610267396 order by D.SALEEMA, 4-4-570, Nehrunagar, Tirupati , chittoor district pin:517501.

I also ordered a bollywood wear churidar. But they give pieces of waste clothes. I paid Rs. 899. They cheated me. Bow can i got my money
